OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $500.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

14. SMS Text Messaging

You may receive messages weekly or as needed based on your interactions with us. Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan. If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with “STOP.” You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out. Text HELP for assistance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
